Last week, the 7oceans M&A Alliance came together in Dublin for a two-day conference, bringing its international network under one roof and showcasing the continued growth of leading M&A advisory firms across the globe
Members from across Europe met to share live opportunities, exchange market insight and strengthen cross-border collaboration
The conference opened with dealmaker sessions, where each country presented active pipelines and opportunities, driving valuable discussion across the group. This was followed by interactive sessions focused on the practical use of AI tools within the M&A process and how they are being applied today, alongside hands-on training covering key internal initiatives
A key part of the two-day programme focused on training and development across the alliance, including dedicated sessions for team members and feedback from recent secondment experiences. This ongoing investment in training is central to 7oceans’ approach, supporting its people globally and, in turn, delivering stronger outcomes for clients
Across the two days, members came together in focused, face-to-face sessions designed to do what 7oceans does best: connect people, unlock opportunities and turn conversations into cross-border outcomes
The conference was hosted by CKS Finance, whose team delivered a seamless and highly engaging programme from start to finish, bringing the alliance together in a way that truly captured the spirit of 7oceans - including an evening at the Guinness Storehouse, followed by a trip to Dublin’s iconic Temple Bar
The momentum continues and the 7oceans alliance will next come together in Vienna, hosted by its German member, Taurus Advisory
