Becky has been a key member of the CKS Finance team since May 2021. She specialises in equity raises and trade sales (M&A), with a focus on high-growth tech/SaaS businesses and industrial companies

Becky plays a central role in transaction execution, leading the preparation and management of due diligence processes and supporting clients through every stage of the deal. She works closely with founders, management teams, and investors to develop investor materials, manage data rooms, coordinate with legal and financial advisors, and keep workstreams aligned and on track
