Daniel Fink is a trained lawyer. After obtaining his license to practice law, he immediately entered the industrial sector, where he took on operational responsibilities. His industry experience spans plant and mechanical engineering, as well as the production and marketing of industrial volume components. 

Throughout his long career with industrial corporations, Mr. Fink has led numerous restructurings and turnarounds and successfully implemented geographic expansion strategies. He has lived and worked in both the United States and China for several years. 

Daniel Fink is regarded as a hands-on leader who quickly identifies entrepreneurial opportunities and approaches them pragmatically. As such, he has successfully led and overseen numerous M&A projects, particularly in the mid-market segment.
