With over 15 years of extensive experience in M&A, private equity, and LBO financing, David has developed a solid career in Investment Banking. His journey is marked by the successful completion of over 20 transactions, with a remarkable deal volume exceeding 500mn €. As Managing Director, he is responsible for deal origination as well as the execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions without a specific sector focus. 

Before joining Taurus, David refined his skills at UniCredit and M Cap Finance, where he developed a profound understanding of the small and midcap market in the DACH region and built lasting relationships. His academic foundation from the prestigious Frankfurt School played a key role in shaping his career. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, David is driven by a passion for cars, motorsport and the dynamic world of the stock market. Above all, he cherishes being a husband and a father to his two precious daughters.
