Since March 2026, Maria has been serving as Director Business Development at Taurus Advisory Austria, supporting sales, market expansion, and partner management in Austria. Maria Hubl brings two decades of experience in Human Resources and Executive Search. With a deep understanding of filling key positions in highly specialized sectors—particularly Professional Services, M&A Advisory, Tax Advisory, and Industry—she supports companies in recruiting executives from middle to top management across the DACH region.

In 2017, together with Michael Hubl, she co-founded her own firm, Perfect Match Executive Search. Her career spans several years in executive search roles, including as Senior Consultant at Eblinger & Partner and as Manager People & Culture at Beyond Consulting (formerly Deloitte Consulting Austria) in Vienna.  

Maria studied psychology, philosophy, and French at the University of Vienna and completed her doctorate part-time alongside her work in management consulting. She is married, a mother of two teenagers, and lives in Vienna. In her free time, she enjoys culture, classical dance, and sports—especially running—or relaxes by reading crime novels.
