Fabio Scisciò completed his studies in Business and Economics at LUISS-Guido Carli University in Rome, earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, and attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France. 

He began his professional career at Accenture as a management consultant and later moved to Bankers Trust International in Milan and London, where he gained extensive experience in structuring complex Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private Equity transactions. After three years at Meridiana Finanza-Cofiri, a highly specialized Corporate Finance and M&A advisory boutique in Rome, Fabio Scisciò joined UBS in Zurich, where he expanded the project finance activities in Southern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa for major infrastructure projects. In the early 2000s, he returned to Italy and spent 15 years as a partner at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he initiated and closed significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for large international corporations and SMEs across various industries.
