Throughout his career, Georg has held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Raiffeisen Bank International in London, Munich and Vienna, advising companies, entrepreneurs and investors on complex corporate finance matters and transactions

His approach is built around trusted, personal relationships with clients. He believes that successful M&A advisory requires not only financial and strategic expertise, but also discretion, sound judgement and a clear understanding of the people and objectives behind every transaction

Georg holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Vienna and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, combining a strong academic foundation with decades of practical transaction and leadership experience

Outside of work, Georg enjoys hiking, climbing and skiing in the Alps, as well as travelling and discovering new places and cultures
