After completing a bilingual university degree in Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), Peggy I. Pleines began her career in the FMCG industry. She spent over 10 years working for companies including Unilever and served as General Manager in four countries at Elizabeth Arden.
Her experience working with high-level executives, developing and leading teams, and achieving double-digit growth through creative and strategic problem-solving on an international scale led her to entrepreneurship. She founded three successful companies, where she supported clients such as Bain Capital and P&G in identifying complex problems, developing viable solutions, and implementing strategies that drove revenue growth and expanded global presence.
