We define the project expectations and goal through a structured interview process to define the desired outcome. 

Identifying the customers current position in the market, its a key success factor sp far, its challanges/painpoints and oppertunities. This is done through indeeph interviews. 

Research and insight


The R&I phase serve as the backbone throughout the entire project and is where we gather data which we use to bulid our understanding around the problem statement. This is usally a combination of external gathered data from qualitative/quantitative data combined with internal company data. 

Strategizing & Stress test


Based on all the insights in the earlier stages and the clear problems statement during this phase we define scenarios and possible "plays" for the company to build on to reach their desired state. Whether that is a brand repositioning, launching new products, reach new segments or prepare for what the future has to offer. Implementation plan


Its time to realize the strategies and secure implementation. During this phase we work hand in hand with our clients to plan the best way to execute the chosen strategy. Secure "buy in" across stakeholders and leverage all we have learned to implement and measure success.
