HVEG Fashion Group acquires Sassa Mode GmbH. The acquisition strengthens its position in the women's underwear and lingerie market. Sassa Mode will operate as an independent business unit and gains access to the international network of HVEG Fashion Group. This gives opportunity for innovation and expansion of the lingerie manufacturer's range.
