Produ-Plast AG acquires Prewag AG, a Swiss manufacturer and developer of plastic molded parts using the injection molding process. With this step, Prewag has succesfully inititated ist succession planning.

Over the coming years the two companies will merge their operations and continue to develop together. The acquisition creates numerous synergies and enables a more efficient operation across the entire value chain.
