Nor-Feed designs, produces, and markets specialty ingredients made from plants and plant extracts for animal nutrition. Based in the Angers technology park, Nor-Feed was founded 20 years ago by Pierre and Cécile Chichoteau, with Olivier Clech joining in 2012. The company developed around a unique and original project focused on the preventive role of nutritional strategies by utilising botanical extracts from agricultural co-products in animal nutrition and hygiene, aiming to reduce reliance on antibiotics, coccidiostats, and pesticides. Nor-Feed has recently embarked on the B Corp certification process, reinforcing the team's commitment to the sustainable development of the business while addressing environmental and social challenges.
