Founded in 1990 from the merger of four companies specializing in the design and production of prefabricated cabling and electrical connection systems, CFCA holds a leading position in France with around 15% market share in the electrical harness segment (excluding automotive). The group is also recognized as a key partner in Europe by major clients such as TOYOTA, MANITOU, ATLANTIC, and BENETEAU.
ADVISO PARTNERS advised the shareholders of CFCA on the sale of the group to its CEO, Philippe SCRABALAT, and the AMPERE Group. Following the managerial and ownership transition supported by NAXICAP PARTNERS, the fund has exited its stake as part of this shareholder reorganization. Philippe SCRABALAT and the AMPERE Group now hold 100% of CFCA's capital.
