Blooming Group, through its subsidiary DPNO, has acquired a majority stake in the Gallo’s Group. Founded in 2021 through the consolidation of food and retail activities from several companies, Blooming currently operates 21 retail outlets under 8 brands, including Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Befed, LAB, and Il Barbiere.

Gallo’s is a well-established and recognized family restaurant brand, operating four locations in the province of Verona.
