Founded in 1989 and based in Chevry-Cossigny (Seine-et-Marne), MTR Bâtiment is a leading player in the construction of collective housing in the Île-de-France region. The company acts as the main contractor and single point of contact for the operational management of various stages of the structural works (building framework) and, to a lesser extent, the macro-lot (including water-tightness and external cladding). Each year, it completes approximately 10 projects ranging from 100 to 300 housing units.
