Total Community Care Limited is a specialist in spinal and neurological care and was formed in 2006 by Chris Freestone and Reg Perrins. Their aim was to create an organisation that was truly client centred and provide bespoke care teams for people living with spinal injuries and neurological conditions in the clients’ own home. Headquartered in Leicestershire, TCC provides care packages across the UK.
City & County Healthcare Group, the UK's largest homecare provider, acquired Total Community Care Limited (TCC), a specialist in providing care for individuals with spinal injuries and neurological conditions. This acquisition aligns with City & County Healthcare's strategy to expand its complex care services. TCC will continue to operate under its existing brand alongside City & County's other complex care brands, ICCM and SCP Complex, enhancing the group's position as a leading provider of complex care in the UK.
