In 2024, Filippo Uecher, a company specializing in the production of performance acrylic fabrics for outdoor furniture, begins the sale of its entire shareholding in the company, including its brands MariaFlora and Filippo Uecher, to Dedar, a leading textile company known for its excellence in fabrics used for interior furnishings. The integration of Filippo Uecher S.r.l. marks Dedar's first acquisition in over 45 years of history and represents the first step toward creating a leading textile group in the production of high-end furnishing fabrics, offering a complete range of indoor and outdoor solutions.
