Founded in 2008 by Bruno Spinner and Carsten Reins, Luxel specialises in the development, design, construction, and operation of ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants in France. The company holds a portfolio of one gigawatt peak (1 GWp), consisting of projects either ready for construction, under development, or already in operation. Luxel's team includes around forty recognised photovoltaic experts, based at the company’s headquarters in Pérols (Hérault) and across six regional development offices throughout France.
