The GarLa Group, a leading provider of gardening and landscaping services, has further expanded its presence in Switzerland with the acquisition of Amar Garten- und Landschaftspflege and Gartenbau Demont, two renowned gardening and landscaping companies in Rothenbrunnen near Chur and Davos. With this fifth and sixth acquisition in Switzerland, the GarLa Group is now also represented in the canton of Graubünden

Demont can look back on a history of 50 years and is based in Davos. The company is also particularly active in the construction and maintenance of sophisticated private gardens. It will become part of the Enz Group, GarLa’s largest portfolio company in Switzerland. The aim is to make particularly good use of synergies with colleagues within the Enz Group.
