Finservice Group, a national leader in the field of financial simplification and grant attainment services, has acquired a majority stake in Customer Experience Italia S.p.A. and its subsidiaries. This transaction will allow the buyer to integrate, within its own portfolio of services, the target’s activity, while the seller will have access to a large pool of potential customers, useful for further developing its volumes.
