FOS S.p.A., a company engaged in the design and development of digital services and products for large industrial groups and public administration, listed on Euronext Growth Milan of Borsa Italiana, has acquired 100% of the share capital of NAeS Solutions, a System Integrator company specialized in consulting, designing, and building Data Centers, Networking Systems, and Building Automation solutions.Through this transaction, FOS aims to accelerate the growth of NAeS by integrating FOS’s core offerings—particularly its services and applications based on artificial intelligence—with NAeS's expertise in data center design and delivery within the Digital Infrastructure business line. Additionally, the acquisition establishes a new territorial presence in Lombardy, which will serve as a strategic base for FOS’s other business units
