GEWISS, a key player in the market for the production of solutions for home and building automation, energy distribution and protection systems, smart lighting, and e-mobility, has acquired a 75% stake in TVILIGHT, the European market leader in smart city lighting control solutions, specializing in sensors, connected lighting controls, and management software.
With this acquisition, GEWISS aims to provide the necessary support to accelerate TVILIGHT’s strategic development and expand its commercial reach globally. TVILIGHT will retain its independence; the integration with GEWISS represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen its international business and support its global partner network in implementing intelligent street lighting across entire cities.
