Goldbach Group AG has sold its German subsidiary Splicky GmbH to the Danish AdTech company Adform A/S. The transaction was successfully completed at the end of December 2025.
With the acquisition of Splicky, Adform strengthens its omnichannel capabilities in the DACH region and further expands its position in the fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) segment. Splicky complements the existing Adform platform with strong local market expertise as well as established customer and partner relationships in the programmatic DOOH and premium mobile space.
