Specialising in the construction and installation of modular industrial buildings, Legoupil Industrie, based in Vire (Calvados), has joined forces with Groupe Treuil (Eure), a specialist in traditional construction, with the support of the regional fund Normandie Participations. Completed in a highly competitive environment, particularly against German players, this operation creates a dynamic mid-sized company (ETI) with 400 employees in the construction sector, highlighting and strengthening expertise developed in the Normandy region.
Adviso Partners advised the shareholders of Legoupil Industrie on the sale of the company to the Groupe Treuil, backed by Normandie Participations, with the combined entity aiming to become a leading player in the French professional building sector.
