H2 Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in RAM Tracking, a Leeds-based provider of vehicle tracking, fleet management, and connected dash cam solutions. RAM Tracking offers SaaS solutions that deliver valuable data and reporting to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) manage their fleets more efficiently.
Under H2's ownership, RAM expanded its service offerings by enhancing its tracking and camera solutions with additional SaaS products designed to support the digitalization of fleet and workforce management. Significant investments were made in sales, marketing, and research and development, complemented by two strategic acquisitions.
