Unmade is a London-based fashion technology company founded in 2014 by Hal Watts, Kirsty Emery, and Ben Alun-Jones. The company specializes in providing digital infrastructure that enables apparel brands to offer customized, on-demand clothing at scale. Their platform, UnmadeOS, integrates patented automation and visualization technologies to streamline the design and manufacturing processes, allowing brands to produce garments only when there is confirmed demand.
Advised the management and shareholders of Unmade, a UK clothing software scale-up, on the sale of their shareholdings to Hi-Tech Apparel in July 2024. Thailand-based Hi-Tech Apparel supplies some of the world’s biggest sports brands, generating over $300 million in annual sales.
