Founded in 1995 by Paul Delume and based in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (France), SRID is an IT services company (ESN) specialized in IT outsourcing, architecture consulting, and change management support (including relocations and digital transformation). The company serves around fifteen major clients, primarily in the banking and insurance sectors, and employs over 130 people. In 2015, SRID generated more than €10 million in revenue with an EBITDA margin above 20%.
Backed by CICLAD since June 2016, the INFODIS Group completed its first build-up operation with the acquisition of SRID, an IT services company specialized in IT outsourcing. Florent Burlet, Managing Director of SRID, became a shareholder and executive at INFODIS. In June 2016, INFODIS had carried out an LBO operation supported by CICLAD to accelerate its growth and launch a selective external growth strategy. This first acquisition enables INFODIS to target short-term consolidated revenue of €40 million, strengthen its presence with major accounts, and position itself on large tenders with an agile and high-quality alternative offer.
