Founded in 2006 in Metz by Jean-Michel Guyot, the Sequoïa Group specialises in the distribution and maintenance of printing equipment for SMEs, professionals, and local authorities. Driven by its founder and through multiple external growth operations, the group has established itself as a leading player in the Grand Est region and on Réunion Island. Today, Sequoïa employs nearly 180 people and generates around €50 million in revenue.
The shareholders of the Sequoïa Group have finalised the sale of all their shares to Konica Minolta, in a transaction advised and coordinated by Adviso Partners.
