JOYinCARE Group is a Dutch healthcare equipment manufacturer and service provider with a strong position in elderly, disabled, and rehabilitation care. JOYinCARE specialises in the development, production, and sale of patient handling and transfer equipment designed to reduce physical strain for caregivers. Since 2020, Karmijn Kapitaal, together with JOYinCARE's management, has strengthened the company's position and achieved significant growth. In early 2023, the group expanded by acquiring TR-Care, a service specialist providing care equipment maintenance. The care group also includes Confexion, a sewing workshop for custom-made lifting belts, which employs people that are distant from the labour market.
