Acquisition by the Manitou Group of a 75% majority stake in the Italian companies COME S.r.l., a company specializing in the production of mechanically welded parts, and Metal Work S.r.l., specialized in laser cutting and bending of steel sheets. These two historic partners will now be integrated, enhancing the production of strategic components and know-how, including welded parts, laser cutting, and bending. These investments will support the group's growth by integrating two upstream phases of the machine assembly process, produced at the Manitou Group facility in Castelfranco (Emilia-Romagna).
