Founded in 2009 in Turin, NPO Torino became part of the multinational group Ricoh Italia in 2015. Over the years, the company has established itself as a market leader among Italian system integrators, growing to more than 700 employees by 2024 across its offices in Italy, Brazil, and the United States, and reaching a consolidated pro‑forma revenue of approximately 100 million euros
The transaction was completed through Fondo Italiano Consolidamento e Crescita II (FICC II), the investment vehicle, of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, dedicated to supporting aggregation initiatives within Italy’s most competitive industrial supply chains. The investment aims to strengthen NPO Torino’s strategic positioning by enhancing its business model, streamlining the organizational structure, and improving operational flexibility.
Under the terms of the agreement, FICC II will acquire a 70% stake in NPO Torino and its affiliated companies from Ricoh Italia, while the remaining 30% will continue to be held by the current management and founder team, who will maintain their involvement in the group and oversee international operations.
This strategic transaction reinforces FICC II’s commitment to supporting the growth and consolidation of leading Italian companies and provides NPO Torino with the structure and resources to accelerate its long‑term development, strengthen its innovation capabilities, and expand its market presence. The acquisition marks an important milestone for both parties, underscoring a shared focus on sustainable growth and increased competitiveness
