QiNet S.p.A. has acquired a majority stake in Upgrade S.r.l., a company operating in the cybersecurity and cloud operations services sectors, with offices in Genoa and Lecco, as well as its subsidiary, Upgrade S.A., based in Lugano. This marks QiNet’s first add-on acquisition following the investment by the Metrika Tech Fund just over a year ago.
