Following a competitive process led by ADVISO PARTNERS, SIPAREX (lead investor) and BPIFRANCE have become majority shareholders of the company. Frédéric Carpent, the company’s long-standing CEO and founder, is reinvesting alongside the new financial partners, demonstrating his confidence in this new phase of growth.
The transaction also represents a major milestone in the managerial structuring of NOOUS, with eight key managers—including seven women—joining the shareholding structure. They will play a central role in driving the Group’s next stages of development.
This new governance aims to accelerate NOOUS’s national expansion, broaden its service offering, and strengthen its position as a leading advisor in HR transformation. Targeted external growth opportunities are also being explored to consolidate the Group’s core business activities and open new verticals.
