Sweco acquires Econsultancy, one of the Netherlands’ leading environmental consultant agencies with a strong platform of multidisciplinary solutions for a wide range of both private and public clients within the fields of ecology, biodiversity, archaeology, infrastructure, water, and soil as well as land surveying using drone. Through this acquisition, Sweco strengthens its team with over 200 experts who are joining the company's Dutch organisation of 1,900 engineers, environmental consultants, and architects. Econsultancy had a turnover of approximately EUR 15m during 2022 and Sweco Netherlands about 214m.
