In April 2022, it became a shareholder in INNOVA Srl to provide a strong push to the market on issues such as measurement, waste separation, pay-per-use tariffs, citizen engagement, and compliance with ARERA regulations.
TeamSystem, an Italian tech company that develops digital solutions for business management for enterprises and professionals, has acquired 95.51% of the share capital of Greenext Technologies.
This transaction enables TeamSystem to enter the rapidly growing waste management solutions segment. Through Greenext, the company positions itself as the ideal partner for utilities and SMEs seeking to manage environmental services efficiently and sustainably through digital technologies.
