Founded in 1999 by Pascal Voiriot and based in Nancy, Banook Group specialises in cardiac safety studies for clinical drug trials in human health. The group supports pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, generalist CROs (Clinical Research Organisations), NGOs, and academic centres in conducting clinical trials from Phase I to Phase III, prior to the registration of new drugs. Banook also assists manufacturers of new ECG recording devices in their validation processes. In recent years, the group has expanded its service offering to include centralised medical image reading and adjudication of critical clinical events.
