The European telematics group Viasat Group announces that it has completed the acquisition of 60% of the shares of the Portuguese company TRACKiT Consulting, which specializes in several of the technological areas in which the new parent company operates. This acquisition strengthens Viasat’s presence in a geographic market that was previously covered through a greenfield approach with both technical and commercial characteristics.
