Neratec is an Swiss technology company that specializes in industrial WLAN products and wireless sensor solutions. The company develops and manufactures industrial WLAN products that meet the very highest standards for applications in the rail, automotive and production industries, as well as in process automation and security/surveillance.
Neratec was originally founded in 1994 under the name Elektrobit AG as a subsidiary of the Finnish Elektrobit Oy in Bubikon and was later taken over by Jussi Harju and Hans Kaufmann in a management buy-out. Today the company employs about 30 highly qualified employees.
Westermo Network Technologies AB, a subsidiary of the listed Swedish Beijer Electronics Group AB acquires 100% of the Swiss company Neratec Solutions and continues Neratec’s growth strategy with this succession solution.
