BTV Multimedia GMBH (also known as BTV braun teleCom AG), a Germany-based provider of equipment and service for broadband communications and a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a Germany-based private equity firm, has acquired an undisclosed majority stake in ANEDiS GmbH, a Germany-based distributor of active and passive components as well as measuring equipment for broadband communications.
The transaction will enable BTV Multimedia to strengthen its position in the technological market. The acquisition will facilitate BTV Multimedia to improve its customer services. The investment will lead to product diversification of BTV Multimedia. The transaction will further introduce BTV Multimedia with new strategical opportunities
