Gimv NV has agreed to acquire an undisclosed majority stake in Koberl Group including Fink Gebaudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and GEMA Gebaudemanagement GmbH & Co. KG.
Fink Gebaudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and GEMA Gebaudemanagement GmbH & Co. KG are a part of Koberl Group.
Gimv will strengthen the company's in-house services, assist with digitalisation and support external growth. It will also pursue future add-on acquisitions. Post transaction, Koberl Group will form part of Gimv's Sustainable Cities project. The transaction represents Gimv's second investment in the Sustainable Cities platform in the DACH region.
