Ernst Klimmer GmbH has acquired BSB Metallverformung GmbH + Co. Stanzwerk and BWB Behalter-Werk Burgau GmbH + Co. KG, Germany-based producers of metalworking, pressure vessels and oil separators, for an undisclosed consideration.
The acquisition enables Klimmer to expand its portfolio in the area of drawing presses and automatic forming machines, gas-shielded welding, wet and powder coating, steam degreasing and the latest laser technology. Post acquisition, all employees of BSB and BWB will be retained.
