Knettenbrech + Gurdulic Service GmbH & Co KG (K+G), a Germany based waste management and Transport Logistics company, has acquired Goetzfried + Pitzer Entsorgung GmbH (G+P), a Germany based waste management company, from MVV Energie AG, a listed Germany-based company engaged in the supply of electricity, district heating, gas, and water, as well as environmental energy and energy-related services.
The acquisition will complement K+G's activities as a broad-based service provider in Southern Germany. The transaction will also expand local value chain. the Post-acquisition, K+G will invest in sites in Ulm and Turkheim.
