Noppies B.V., the Netherlands-based company that manufactures maternity wear and baby clothing and a portfolio company of Vendis Capital, a Belgium-based private equity firm, has acquired ALVI - Alfred Viehhofer GmbH & Co. KG, a Germany-based company engaged in the manufacturing of baby sleeping products, from the founders.

The transaction will enable Vendis to add baby sleeping product to its portfolio. The transaction will enable the combined entity to achieve accelerated growth and invest more in brands, mutually reinforce assortments and a multi-channel offering throughout Europe and beyond.
