Possehl Spezialbau GmbH, a Germany-based company engaged in professional construction services and provider of cds-Epoxy Systems and flooring materials, has agreed to acquire JOST Bauunternehmen GmbH, a Germany-based company providing turnkey and shell construction services, from Ms. Julia Beiderlinden and Mr. Dieter Stahnke, the Germany-based private investors.
The acquisition is in line with Possehl Spezialbau strategy to further expand its Special Purpose Construction division. It will also enable Possehl Spezialbau to diversify its business in turnkey construction
