HSRL Holdings LLC (dba StageBio), has acquired TPL Path Labs GmbH, a Germany-based contract research organisation conducting preclinical and clinical studies, for an undisclsoed consideration.
The acquisition allows StageBio to offer an expanded array of histopathology, molecular pathology, toxicology, digital image analysis and related solutions to biopharma, medical device and academic researchers across the US, Europe and beyond. The merged entity will have a workforce of 175 professionals, including 30 pathologists
